RDC® R819300 64-bit Win7 Dual x86-Cores Processor (under development)
The RDC R819300 SOC is a family of 64-bit processor x86-compatible platform. It includes a 64-bit dual-core processor,
DDR4/ LPDDR4 memory controller (T.B.D)*, 2D graphic core, two SPI controllers, one for BIOS boot and the other for
dTPM, PCIe Gen 3.0 root complex and simple IO devices. The main features of simple IO devices include I2C controller, HDA (High Definition Audio) controller, GPIO, UART, USB 2.0 Host Controller, ACPI and other legacy interfaces. Thanks to RDC power-optimized processor architecture, it offers the advantages to Embedded, IPCs and thin-client market. The operating system compatibilities include DOS, WinCE, Linux (32bits & 64bits), Windows XP, Windows Embedded XP, Windows 7, Windows 10 and VxWorks OS. Now RDC x86-64 SOC platform supports Legacy/UEFI BIOS and use LPC master interface to EC for platform’s power on/off sequence control.
