The Company has entered into an agreement to use the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC) “Shareholder Services e-Counter (eCounter Platform)” to accept shareholder applications for shareholding-related matters using digital signatures.
For information on the shareholder services currently available for online application, please visit the TDCC website at https://stockservices.tdcc.com.tw/evote/index.html and refer to the information disclosed under the “eCounter – Shareholder Services e-Counter” section.
For other electronic shareholder service applications that are not yet available through the platform, shareholders are requested to continue using the existing application procedure by submitting written documents affixed with their registered seal to the Company’s shareholder services agent, SinoPac Securities Corporation, Shareholder Services Department.
