"Our company and our customer Dengxing Technology Co., Ltd. signed a product development contract in July 2018. However, the customer failed to fulfill the payment. Our company first applied for a payment order in October of the same year, but the customer later raised an objection and the case was deemed to be a lawsuit. The local court made a judgment on April 26, 2019, agreeing with our company's request for the customer to pay the accounts receivable and related damages before the termination of the contract, totaling NT$33,404,762. This case is subject to appeal, but has not yet been determined. 』
